RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Online products purchased from www.chenone.com can be exchanged:
- If delivered product is defective, damaged or incomplete at the time of delivery.
- The item is faulty or does not match with the original specifications or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered.
- ChenOne does not offer “Cash Refund” policy on COD Purchases. However in case of Credit Card payment, It can be revert back if order is cancelled by the customer himself or cancelled by ChenOne due to Stock issue before Dispatch.
- Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed".
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to us through (0800)-24361 Call Us at 0800-24361 or E-mail
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send the same back to you.
- Products cannot be exchanged or returned from our Retail Stores.

- If you wish to return or exchange the complete or any portion of your online order, you have to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on your own expense to the following address “ChenOne Head Office, Nishatabad Faisalabad”.
- The products required in exchange will be informed by the customer to the head office through call or WhatsApp, which will be delivered through Courier within 3-4 days.
